Finishing your appointment booking

I bring the final details section into view after you choose a time if you're not already signed in and your guest details aren't complete.

This button is ready to tap. It takes you to One last step: tell us who's booking, where you can sign in, create an account or book as a guest if the business allows it. For guest booking, enter your full name, mobile number and email.

Confirm booking

Choosing a time does not book it. Once your details and any required checks are complete, choose Confirm booking. If Review required steps appears, finish any requested pet, age, consultation, patch-test, consent or additional-person details first. Wait for the booking confirmation before leaving the page.

On a phone

Your booking summary and next button stay at the bottom of the screen. Tap the summary to expand or collapse it. Existing business booking rules and guest availability are unchanged.
