Your own customer app: your business, on their home screen

A fully branded iPhone and Android app for your customers, published under your business name. They book, rebook, get push reminders and message you — we design it, build it, submit it to the stores and keep it updated.

Most of your regulars' loyalty already lives on their phone. From today, it can live behind your own icon: a customer app with your name, your logo and your colours, published on the App Store and Google Play under your business — not ours.

What your customers can do

  • Book in seconds — your real services, team and availability, one tap from their home screen.
  • Rebook their usual — same service, same person, two taps.
  • Get push reminders — free, instant and impossible to mistake for junk. SMS stays as a fallback.
  • Manage their visits — upcoming appointments, history, and cancel-or-move within your rules, without ringing you.
  • Message you — questions land in your normal inbox; no personal numbers exchanged.
  • Pay properly — deposits, card on file and tips, exactly as your account already works.

We handle the parts everyone dreads

You don't touch Xcode, a developer account or an App Store review. We design a preview from your existing branding for you to approve, build the app against your live account, submit it to both stores under your name, and keep it updated as phones and store rules change.

What it costs

£499 one-off for design, build and submission, then £29 a month while it's live — updates included, no commission on bookings, no lock-in beyond the month you're in. It works with any BookAppointment plan.

Getting started

  1. Visit the customer app page (linked from Pricing › Add-ons) and send us a message.
  2. We mock up your app — icon, splash screen, main screens — for approval.
  3. We build, submit and keep you posted; typically live in two to four weeks.
  4. You get a QR code and link for your window, website and socials.

Every customer who installs it is one tap from rebooking. That's the whole idea.
