See your progress

Open Switch & import → Step-by-step guide and you'll see a progress bar and live counts for your services, team, clients, bookings, reviews, opening hours and website pages. The next step is highlighted.

The right order, every time

Bookings are matched to clients by email or phone and to treatments by name, so the guide takes you through services first, then team, then clients, then bookings. If you try bookings too early, you'll see a reminder. Each upload step explains where to find the export in Treatwell, Fresha and Booksy.

Easier team setup

Choosing what each team member does is now a two-column picker: everything available on the left, what they do on the right. Click a service or a whole group to move it across.

Group cards for your customers

If your services are in groups such as Lashes, Nails or Waxing, your website and booking page now show group cards with icons so customers find their treatment faster. If you don't use groups, nothing changes.
