I've made switching to BookAppointment more complete, and easier to find.

A Switch & import menu

Everything for moving across now sits under Switch & import on the left: your Treatwell, Fresha or Booksy page, a services spreadsheet, customers, past bookings and your website.

Service groups with icons

Treatwell categories such as Eyelash Extensions, Waxing or Manicures & Pedicures now come across as service groups, each with a matching icon. Under Services → Groups you can add, rename, reorder or delete groups and change icons. The page uses your business's own wording, such as Treatments for beauty businesses.

I've also made long treatment lists easier to manage: choose a group from a dropdown, search names and descriptions, or show only active or inactive entries. Sort by group, name, price or duration and choose 10, 25, 50 or 100 entries per page. Your full list remains available when choosing upsells or creating missing photos.

Opening hours and address

Importing your booking page can now replace your opening hours with the ones listed there, including closed days. You can choose to fill in only blank address details or replace your address and phone.

Update what you already have

Choose Update prices and lengths to refresh matching services without losing their photos or team links.

Upload a spreadsheet

Under Services → Upload spreadsheet, upload a CSV, choose which column is the name, group, price, length or description, and check a preview before importing. A template is provided.

Choosing services for your team

The team editor now shows services as a searchable list sorted into groups, with a tick to choose a whole group at once.
