Shop special hours and festive reminders
Open on a day you're normally closed, close for bank holidays in one click, and get a reminder before Christmas and Easter.

I've turned shop closures into Shop special hours, so your diary matches the busiest times of the year.
Open or closed, your choice
Under Settings › Hours & special hours, add a date as Closed, or as Open with special hours. An opening replaces your usual hours for that day, so you can open the Sunday before Christmas or finish early on Christmas Eve without changing your weekly timetable.
Remember to set your team's hours for that day on the Staff rota, so there's someone to book in with.
Bank holidays in one click
Choose Quick-add to close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Days you've already set are left alone.
Reminders before the busy season
- From six weeks before Christmas Eve, and three weeks before Good Friday, your dashboard shows a reminder until you set your hours or dismiss it.
- The business owner also gets one reminder email per season. It isn't sent if you've already set your hours.
