An easier last step for customers booking on their phone
A clear next step takes customers straight to their details, with their booking and button always visible on phones.
By BookAppointment

I've made the last step of appointment booking clearer, especially for customers who don't realise there's more below the booking summary.
No more guessing at a grey button
After a customer chooses a time, I bring the login, registration or guest-details section into view when their details are still needed. The heading says One last step: tell us who's booking and the section briefly stands out.
A button that explains what comes next
Instead of a disabled Confirm booking button, customers see Next: your details ↓. Tapping it brings them back to the last step. Once their details and any required checks are complete, it becomes Confirm booking. Choosing a time alone does not make a booking.
Always visible on phones
The booking bar stays at the bottom of the phone screen with the chosen provider, date, time, price and next action. Customers can expand it to review their full booking.
Available across appointment booking
This applies to the shared appointment booking page for every business type. I haven't changed whether a business allows guest booking, its booking rules, or its website design. There's nothing for the business to switch on.
