Selling products is now a proper shop, not just a till.
Your shop, on your website
Tick Sell online on any product and add the Shop products block to your website. Customers fill a basket and pay by card straight into your own Stripe account. We take nothing.
Collection or delivery
Under Orders → Delivery & collection turn on click & collect, UK delivery or both. Set your delivery fee and, if you like, free delivery over an amount you choose. Customers pick at checkout and give their address for delivery.
One orders desk
Orders shows everything to do, online and in store. Move each order along: preparing, ready to collect, sent (with a tracking number) and done.
Customers kept in the loop
When you mark an order ready to collect, sent or cancelled, the customer gets an email with your logo — including the tracking number when you add one.
Cancel means refund
Cancelling an online order refunds the card automatically and puts the stock back. The Refund button on Products & stock does the same.
A better customer profile
Customer profiles now have tabs for bookings, purchases, reviews, records and messages, with Book for this customer and Sell buttons at the top.
