A run of fixes and improvements from the last day, most of them raised by shops using the system daily.

Saturday prices apply everywhere

If a service costs more on a Saturday, that's now true wherever the appointment came from — a booking you added yourself, the diary, taking payment, your takings and your reports — not just online booking. Existing appointments corrected themselves, because prices are worked out from the service and the day rather than frozen when the booking was made.

Group bookings in every booking form

"Anyone else coming?" now works when you take the booking, not just when the customer does. Add a second or third person and we check the whole diary: someone free at the same time with a different team member, or a slot just before or after with the same one, allowing for how long each service takes.

Moving and editing an appointment

Move is now on the website as well as the phone app, and editing an appointment's time offers only free slots instead of a plain date box that let you double book.

Smaller things

  • People switched off for bookings, and anyone inactive, no longer appear as a calendar column or in booking forms.
  • How far ahead customers can book is now a number plus days, weeks or months — or no limit at all.
  • Prices are easier to type: the box no longer reformats itself while you're mid-edit.
  • Fixed a fault that could reset your time-slot length to 15 minutes after an update.
  • Fixed refunds on contactless payments taken on your iPhone, which previously failed with a transfer error.
