A full reports suite for your business

Your dashboard's Reports section has grown from one page into a full reporting suite. Open it from the left-hand menu and you'll find a report for every part of your business, all sharing the same date picker, comparison and filters.

A report for every question

• Overview — revenue, bookings, new customers, no-show rate and how full your diary is, each compared with the previous period.
• Bookings — bookings by day, where they came from, how far ahead people book, and a busiest-times grid by day and hour.
• Revenue — booking value, card payments, refunds, deposits and tips over time.
• Team — bookings, takings, hours, diary filled, repeat customers and ratings for each person.
• Services — your best earners and most booked services, with a day-of-week mix.
• Customers — new and returning customers, a 90-day come-back rate, lifetime spend and a list of lapsed regulars worth winning back.
• No-shows & cancellations — rates, lost booking value, late cancellations and repeat offenders.
• Marketing — online booking sources, QR code scans and reviews.

Compare and filter

Pick a date range (today, this month, last month, this year or your own dates) and compare it with the previous period or the same period last year. Arrows show at a glance whether things went up or down. Filter by team member, service, location or booking source.

Custom reports

Start from a template such as Monthly takings by team member or Busiest hours, or build your own: choose how to group it, which figures to show, and which bookings to include. Save it, pin it to your overview, and on the Business plan have it emailed to you weekly or monthly with the figures in the email.

Export anything

Every table downloads as CSV or Excel, and any report prints or saves as a PDF.

Plans

The overview and bookings reports are included on every plan. The detailed reports and custom reports are included on Pro and Business, and scheduled report emails on Business. Property businesses see viewings and listings instead of money figures.
