Every branch we speak to does the same job four times: key the new instruction into their own website, then Rightmove, then Zoopla, then whatever else they are on — and pay a feed provider for the privilege.

From today, you add the property once here.

How it works

Go to Properties → Portal feeds and create a feed for each listings site you are signed up with:

  • Pick the portal — Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Boomin, or "another portal or feed provider"
  • We set the right format automatically: BLM v3 for Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Boomin, property XML for Zoopla and PrimeLocation, JSON for everyone else
  • Add the branch code the portal gave you
  • Choose which listings go — sales, lettings, commercial, land, new homes, auction — and which statuses, so sold and let properties can be held back
  • Copy the feed address and email it to that portal's data feeds team

They collect it from then on. Change a price, mark something under offer, add three new photos, and the next collection picks it up.

The full listing goes, not a summary

Thin listings get ignored, so we send everything a portal can show: up to 40 photos in your order, floorplans, EPC, brochure, virtual tour, features, tenure, council tax band, floor area and the full description. If you imported your listings from your old website, all of that came across with them.

Preview before you hand it over

Press Preview on any feed and you see exactly what a portal will collect, and how many listings are in it, before you send anybody the address.

Locked to your branch

Each feed has its own secret address and only ever contains your own properties. Switch a feed off, or generate a brand new address, in one click — the old one stops working immediately.

One thing we can't do

Rightmove and Zoopla only accept listings from agents who hold their own membership with them. That is their rule, and anybody telling you otherwise isn't being straight with you. Your membership stays yours — what changes is that the listings, the photos and the updates all come from one place.

Not a member yet? Start with your own website and the JSON feed, and add each portal as you sign up.
