One inbox for every customer message
Every conversation about your appointments in one place — searchable, with unread counts, and scoped so each team member only sees their own.
By BookAppointment

Messages used to live inside each appointment, which was fine until you had forty appointments and a question you couldn't find. There's now a Messages section in your dashboard with all of it in one place.
What you'll see
- Every conversation about your appointments, newest first, with the last message previewed.
- Search across customer name, service, team member and message text.
- An Unread only switch for when you just want to clear the list.
- A Sent to customers tab showing the emails, texts and in-app messages you've sent out.
- An unread count next to Messages in the menu, so you know without looking.
Your team only sees their own
Owners and admins see the whole business. A team member signing in to their own dashboard sees only conversations about the appointments in their diary — and the notification bell now follows the same rule, so they're no longer told about everyone else's bookings and messages.
The same appointment panel everywhere
Opening an appointment from the diary and opening it from the bookings list used to give you slightly different options. They're now identical: customer details, service, price, notes, group bookings, status, Send message, payments and refunds, move, edit and the full activity trail.
