A wrong click shouldn't cost you your website or a year of appointments. From today, everything you've built in BookAppointment is saved automatically every night, and any of it can be put back exactly as it was.
What gets saved
Once a night, we take a complete copy of:
- Your website and content — pages, sections, menus, footer links, search settings, redirects and articles.
- Your business setup — services, prices, add-ons, options, your team, hours, closures, locations and message templates.
- Your records — customers, appointments, payments, reviews, enquiries and campaigns.
Nothing sensitive travels in a saved copy: bank details, card reader keys, calendar connections and login codes are all deliberately left out.
Putting things back
If something goes wrong — a page overwritten, a service list wiped, records deleted — get in touch and we can roll that part back to any copy from the last two weeks. You choose what comes back:
- Website and content, and business setup, are replaced, so they return exactly as they were.
- Records are added back only where they're missing, so anything that happened since is untouched.
Every rollback takes a safety copy first, so even the rollback can be undone.
