Gyms, fitness studios and padel clubs can now run their memberships, classes and courts on BookAppointment with two new add-ons for the Pro and Business plans.

Memberships that bill themselves

Set up monthly or yearly membership plans with joining fees, minimum terms and weekly class limits. Send each member a secure payment link, and once they pay by card their membership renews automatically — paid straight into your own Stripe account. Freezing a membership pauses the payments, and cancelling stops them.

Classes your members book themselves

Your website gets a class timetable page where signed-in customers book a space, join the waiting list when a class is full, and cancel before the class starts. When someone drops out, the next person on the waiting list gets the place automatically — with an email and a text to let them know. Class packs count down as they're used, and credits come back if a class is cancelled in time.

Padel court booking

Padel clubs can add each court with its own price per hour and a cheaper members' rate. Players pick a day, choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes and book a free time on your website — a court can never be double-booked. Your back office shows every court's day at a glance, and your team can book or cancel for players over the phone.

What it costs

The Gyms & Fitness add-on is £25 a month and Padel Clubs is £35 a month, both on top of the Pro or Business plan, with no extra booking fees. Ask us through Help or live chat and we'll switch them on.
