The BookAppointment API now covers ticket sessions, ticket orders, gate check-in, passes, gift cards and loyalty rewards.

I've extended the BookAppointment API so venues can connect their own gates, tills and systems to the newer ticketing and loyalty features.
Tickets and gate check-in
Read ticket sessions with spaces left, list ticket orders, or look one up by its QR value. Turnstiles and handheld scanners can check tickets in directly, with clear answers for tickets already used, cancelled or for closed sessions.
Passes, gift cards and rewards
Read annual and season passes with visits used, check gift card balances at the till, and show a customer's loyalty points and stamps.
Choose exactly what each key can do
Five new permissions — tickets.read, tickets.write, passes.read, giftcards.read and rewards.read — keep each key limited to what it needs. Every new request can be tried in the API playground, and the developer documentation has examples for all of them. API access is included on the Business package.
