Moving a customer list across from an old booking system means asking hundreds of people to set a password. Until now it was hard to see who had actually done it. That's fixed.

Three tabs on your Customers page

  • Customer list — as before.
  • Account invites — everyone who still needs to set a password, with the state of their invite.
  • Guest bookings — people who booked without an account.

Claimed accounts drop off the list

When a customer signs in, they're marked Claimed and removed from the invite list, so nobody gets asked twice. You can still filter to see claimed accounts whenever you want.

Forgotten the email? We handle it

If a migrated customer tries their old password, we recognise them, tell them the system has moved and email a fresh set-your-password link automatically — rather than just saying "wrong password".

Invite guest bookers

Anyone who has booked as a guest can be invited to create an account, with its own friendly email. Their bookings already work; an account simply makes the next one quicker and lets them reschedule themselves.

Everything is sent from your business name, and every link lands on your own website.
