We've shipped estate agents: live listing status, agency branding on viewings and guided listing setup to every BookAppointment account — no upgrade, no setup fee, and nothing to install. Here's exactly what changed and how to start using it.

What's new

• The listing monitor now keeps property status and price in step with your website automatically — status and price follow your live listing even when overwriting your own descriptions and photos is switched off.
• Listings that go off-market close their viewings; listings that come back on the market reopen automatically, and scan results now report price reductions and increases per property.
• New 'Agency details on viewings' panel under Properties: set your agency name, logo, office phone, email and address, and buyers see your branding (plus your office hours) while booking a viewing. Owners and admins only.
• New example listing page on the marketing site showing a property's details, live viewing times and how the auto-detect widget matches listings — linked from the estate agents industry page.
• Sign-up wizard: choose Estate Agents and we ask for your listings page or sitemap, then import your properties and start syncing as soon as setup finishes.
