We've shipped estate agents: listing monitor, auto-detect widget and a portfolio dashboard to every BookAppointment account — no upgrade, no setup fee, and nothing to install. Here's exactly what changed and how to start using it.

What's new

• Listing monitor: add your agency's listings page or sitemap URL and BookAppointment watches it — new properties are created automatically and viewings close the moment a listing is under offer, sold or let.
• Auto-detect widget: one snippet in your property template detects which listing a visitor is viewing (from page metadata, JSON-LD or the URL) and books that exact property, auto-creating unknown listings when enabled.
• New estate agent dashboard on the admin home: bookable listings, viewings per property, attribution rate, auto-detected count, widget/source breakdown and monitor scan results.
• CSV import on Properties now maps agency export headers (bedrooms, bathrooms, tenure, status, prices up to £100m) and updates rather than duplicates on re-import.
• Fixed viewings showing 'no slots' for auto-detected listings — unassigned properties are now open to every negotiator who offers the appointment type.
• Estate agent services, customer profiles, bookings and reports no longer show pricing or clinical panels (intake/consent/patch tests) that don't apply.
• Marketing site updated: the estate agents industry page and features page now cover the auto-detect widget, listing monitor, CSV import and portfolio dashboard.
