Multi-tenant SaaS platform — BookAppointment

We've shipped multi-tenant saas platform — bookappointment to every BookAppointment account — no upgrade, no setup fee, and nothing to install. Here's exactly what changed and how to start using it.

What's new

• Product renamed from the single-shop app to BookAppointment; bookappointment.co.uk is now the SaaS marketing site.
• Station Road Barbers is the first customer and lives on stationroadbarbers.bookappointment.co.uk.
• Added tenant_id to 17 domain tables with tenant-scoped RLS so every booking, service, staff, page and profile is isolated.
• New /platform super-admin console (Overview, Tenants, Users, Audit logs) separate from the tenant /app dashboard.
• Host-aware routing: SaaS marketing on root/www, tenant site on the tenant subdomain — no /saas/ prefixes.
• Onboarding wizard creates a tenant, provisions branding, seeds vertical data and configures presentation mode.
• Setup status card on the tenant dashboard walks new tenants through the remaining onboarding steps.

1. Sign in to your BookAppointment dashboard.
2. Look for the new options described above — they're switched on for every plan.
